Get Started :Like Pages of Interest
Log on to your Account and Like Pages which you Think have similar topics like if you have technology blog like something related to tech and give preference to pages which have more than 1k likes.Its not necessary that you only like related pages you can like others as well but remember to like only the active pages.
As and when the pages post something comment on the posts and leave your blog URL there so that everytime someone sees it he may click it and increase traffic.But Remember only 1-2 comments each day or else you may be blocked.
Add People who have similar interests as your Blog
With the New Graph Search you can search people having similar interests.Like say if you blog about cycling tricks so you can search people who also like cycling and add them.Later you can invite them to your Blog.Believe me this is very effective because you are targeting the Right Audience .Its like giving food to someone who's hungry will definitely accept it.
Connect your Blog to Facebook
This will prove as an advantage to you because it will add up to your traffic.But if you're gonna do it manually then it'll take you hours to do that but instead you can use free tools like ifttt or RSS Grafiti which will connect your blog to Facebook.So everytime you post something on your blog it automaticaly gets posted on fb.
Invite Your Friends
Invite you friends on your blog and ask them to comment via facebook.So if they comment with facebook it gets posted to their wall and is visible to others.This will encourage their freinds to see your blog because its one's nature to do what his friends do.Commenting has one more advantage that is the more comments you have the more is the importance of the post.People get easily flattered seeing comments .They think "Oh this guy's blog has so many comments must be good".

With This I think that your 30-40% of Traffic will increase without any effort and Once this starts increasing it never stops so give it try
